Perfect for parties, movie nights, or sweet cravings, these bite-sized snacks can be baked or fried and ready in minutes. Serve them with chocolate sauce, caramel, or dulce de leche for a treat that’s impossible to resist!
Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour

2 tbsp sugar

1 tsp baking powder

½ tsp salt

1 cup water

3 tbsp unsalted butter

1 tsp vanilla extract

Oil, for frying (vegetable or canola)
For the Coating

½ cup sugar

1 tbsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
Make the Dough

In a small saucepan, bring water, butter, and vanilla to a simmer.

Remove from heat and stir in flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until a soft dough forms.

Let cool slightly.
Shape the Snacks

Transfer dough into a piping bag fitted with a star tip (or roll into small balls for churro bites).
Fry or Bake
