Slutty Cheesecake

These slutty cheesecake bars are a layer of chocolate chip cookie crust, oreo cookies, cheesecake and then topped with some more oreos and salted caramel sauce. They’re so simple to make, but so indulgent and delicious.

Ingredients:

16 Oreo cookies

16 oz softened cream cheese

1/2 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 roll of pre-made cookie dough

Instructions:

Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy lifting.

Press the cookie dough evenly into the base of the lined pan. Arrange the Oreo cookies in a single layer over the dough, ensuring full coverage.

In a bowl, beat the cream cheese with the sugar until the texture is smooth and creamy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in the vanilla extract and sour cream until fully combined.

Gently fold in the chocolate chips, then pour the cheesecake mixture over the Oreo layer, spreading it evenly.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, until the edges are set but the center has a slight jiggle.

Let it cool to room temperature before refrigerating for a minimum of 3 hours. Once chilled, slice into bars and serve.
