Instructions
1. Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain and set aside.
2. Season the Chicken
In a bowl, toss chicken pieces with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning until evenly coated.
3. Sear the Chicken Bites
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add chicken pieces in a single layer.
