1 lb ground beef

1 small onion, finely chopped

1 ½ cups shredded cheddar or Colby-Jack cheese

½ cup cream cheese, softened

1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough or puff pastry

Instructions
1. Prepare the Filling
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until beef is fully browned. Drain excess grease.
Add garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Stir and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
2. Mix the Cheese Filling
In a bowl, combine cream cheese and mayonnaise (or sour cream) until smooth.
Stir in shredded cheese and cooked beef mixture. Mix until fully combined and creamy.
3. Assemble the Pastries
Unroll crescent dough or pastry sheets and separate into rectangles.
Place a generous scoop of cheeseburger filling in the center of each piece. Fold dough over the filling and seal edges tightly.
Arrange pastries seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.
4. Bake
Brush tops with beaten egg.
Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until pastries are golden brown and puffed.
5. Serve
Remove from oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
