Cajun Honey Butter Salmon

This Cajun Honey Butter Salmon is a restaurant-quality dish you can make at home in minutes! Juicy, flaky salmon fillets are seasoned with bold Cajun spices, seared to perfection, and finished in a luscious honey butter glaze. Ideal for weeknight dinners, special occasions, or impressing guests without the hassle.
Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets (skin-on or off)
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning (store-bought or homemade)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp unsalted butter
3 tbsp honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Optional: chopped parsley and lemon wedges for garnish

Instructions:
Season the Salmon
Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
Rub both sides with Cajun seasoning, plus a pinch of salt and pepper if needed.
Sear the Salmon
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add salmon fillets, skin side down first (if skin-on).
Cook for 4–5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Make the Honey Butter Glaze
In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium.
Add butter, honey, and garlic. Stir until melted and bubbling.
Add lemon juice and simmer for 1 minute, stirring frequently.
Glaze and Serve
Return salmon to the pan and spoon glaze over fillets.
Cook for another 1–2 minutes, basting with the sauce.
Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges if desired.
Serving Suggestions
Serve over garlic mashed potatoes, rice pilaf, or buttered vegetables.
Delicious with steamed broccoli, asparagus, or a fresh side salad.
