Ingredients:
For the steak bites:
1 lb sirloin steak (cut into bite-sized pieces)
3 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp smoked paprika
Salt & pepper (to taste)
2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
For the creamy parmesan shells:
2 cups medium shell pasta
1½ cups heavy cream
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
Salt & pepper (to taste)
Instructions:
Cook the pasta:
Boil the shell pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the steak bites:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak pieces and season with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, and Worcestershire sauce. Sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
Add garlic & butter:
Reduce heat to medium, add the butter and minced garlic to the skillet, and cook for 30 seconds, stirring to coat the steak in the butter-garlic mixture. Remove from heat and set aside.
Make the creamy parmesan sauce:
In a separate saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add the heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well and bring to a simmer.
Combine pasta & cheese:
Reduce heat to low and stir in the parmesan and mozzarella cheese until melted and smooth. Add the cooked shell pasta, stirring to coat evenly.
Assemble & serve:
Plate the creamy parmesan shells and top with the garlic butter steak bites. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Enjoy!
