Ingredients:
1 cup warm milk
1 package active dry yeast
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup heavy cream
Instructions:
Start by combining warm milk, yeast, and sugar in a bowl.
Let it sit for about 5 minutes until bubbly, then mix in melted butter, vanilla, and salt.
Gradually add flour until a dough forms, and knead until smooth.
Roll the dough out, spread cream cheese, sprinkle cinnamon, and layer the chopped strawberries.
Roll it up, slice, and place in a baking dish.
Let the rolls rise for about 30 minutes, then bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes.
