2 bell peppers (red & green), sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced
-
½ cup chicken broth (or water)

Black pepper, to taste
-
½ teaspoon paprika (optional)
-
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Brown the Sausages
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add sausages and cook, turning occasionally, until deep golden brown on all sides (about 8–10 minutes).
Remove sausages and set aside.
2. Sauté Onions & Peppers
In the same skillet, add sliced onions and bell peppers.
Cook for 6–8 minutes, stirring often, until softened and lightly caramelized.
Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Simmer Everything Together
Return sausages to the skillet.
Pour in chicken broth, scraping the pan to release browned bits.
Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Cover and simmer on low heat for 10–15 minutes, until sausages are fully cooked and coated in a glossy sauce.
