Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef (or turkey)
1 tbsp olive oil (if needed)
1 small onion, diced
3 bell peppers (mix of green, red, or yellow), chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
4 cups beef broth (or chicken/vegetable broth)
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
Salt & pepper to taste
1 cup cooked rice (white or brown)
Optional toppings: shredded cheese, chopped parsley

Instructions:
Cook the meat:
