Leftover Turkey Stuffing Balls

Turn your Thanksgiving or Christmas leftovers into something magical with these Leftover Turkey Stuffing Balls. They’re savory, crispy, and packed with all the comforting flavors of the holidays. Just mix your stuffing with shredded turkey, a little gravy or broth, form into balls, and bake until golden. Great for snacks, appetizers, or even next-day brunch!
Ingredients:
3 cups leftover stuffing
1½ to 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded or finely chopped
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for flavor boost)
1–2 eggs (depending on moisture of stuffing)
2–4 tbsp turkey gravy or chicken broth, as needed
Salt & pepper, to taste
Optional: chopped parsley, onions, or cranberries for extra flavor
Instructions:
Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Mix Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the stuffing, turkey, cheese, and egg(s).
Add a little gravy or broth just until the mixture holds together when shaped.
Season with salt and pepper if needed.
Form the Balls
Scoop about 2 tablespoons of mixture and roll into balls using your hands.
Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the balls are golden and slightly crispy on the outside.
Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Serving Ideas
Serve warm with leftover gravy, cranberry sauce, or aioli.
Great as an appetizer, snack, or side dish.
Pair with a green salad for a light lunch.
Storage & Reheating
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Reheat in the oven or air fryer at 350°F for 5–10 minutes.
