Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake

This Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake has a cinnamon filling swirled in the batter. It is fluffy, creamy, and delicious.

Ingredients:

1 package cinnamon rolls (8 rolls)

1 package cream cheese (8 oz), softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 egg

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 tablespoon butter

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

 

 

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch round baking pan.
Unroll the cinnamon rolls and place them in the bottom of the prepared pan, cutting them into smaller pieces to fit if necessary.

In a mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and egg until smooth.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cinnamon rolls, spreading it evenly.

In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar and ground cinnamon. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Pour the brown sugar sauce over the cream cheese layer.

Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.

Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Drizzle with extra icing from the cinnamon rolls if desired
